“Broken branches, bizarre shaped tree. Needles dropping already despite cutting the bottom & keeping the water topped up. Would never have chosen this poor quality tree if I’d seen first”

“It's beautiful and perfectly shaped without trimming. Only thing is the size is a bit confusing. When we ordered a 7 ft tree, it was way too tall. It had to be trimmed so much everywhere. So I decided to order a 6 ft tree now. But this one is unexpectedly small now.”
