“Delivered in the morning, bought into my living room partially unwrapped. It was easy to put in the stand and a beautiful tree had been selected for me. In January, I will leave the tree on the pavement outside and I know it will be recycled. Excellent and hassle free to have a natural tree.”

How was our Service?

“Very nice looking tree initially but did not drink water at all which means that it was not fresh and was standing somewhere for days. And surely enough after 4 days it started dropping even though I kept watering it. Disappointing experience as usually your trees are fresh and last forever.”

“This is the fourth or fifth year I have ordered my tree for delivery and I am yet again delighted. The most perfect, fresh tree and fantastic service from ordering to delivery. I have already recommended to family who have also ordered. Five stars from me without hesitation.”

How was our Service?

“The service I received was second to none. In the chaos of my Christmas organisation, I gave them the wrong address for delivery 3 times! They were so gracious and kind, and sorted out my blunders without shaming me! The tree is so lush and healthy. It looks good on a platform and it hasn't drawn much water. The delivery was on time, and the whole experience was excellent. Thank you.”
