How was our Service?

“I ordered a 5-foot potted tree and received one that is less than 4 feet tall (including the pot). But worse than that, it is so crooked it can't stand up on its own, it can only be leaned against a wall, and because it's firmly rooted into the pot, there's not much to do about it. I informed the driver immediately but he said that was all he had. He said I could just "rearrange the soil" after watering and straighten it, but I tried that after he left and it just does not budge. Then I emailed immediately (as invited to in the delivery email)l but it's a week later and still no reply. I've followed up several times via email and called 4 or 5 times over the past week, but still zero response via email and each time I call, I get only a recorded message, "Your call is very important to us," but not so important that someone will answer the phone because the call is forwarded to a voicemail box, which I'm then informed is full, and then it hangs up on me. It would be funny if it weren't so infuriating. We ended up having to just go out and buy another tree, which is much larger and more beautiful and cost far less. I've learned a lesson the hard way and will never order a tree from this company again. It was recommended to us by a friend but I've told them about our experience and how abysmal it has been.”
