“I used P&N last year and they were magnificent. So easy and wonderful at installing the tree and the tree its self was fantastic and perfectly bushy. So I have returned this year and once my order went through I realised that some how there was a wrong delivery date. I panicked and send some emails as it was sunday night. I hadn't heard from them on monody morning so I called and the lady who answered was fantastic and very quickly sorted out the issue and sent me a new invoice with the correct delivery date. all is very chilled with these guys. Thank you for your wonderful service and making our christmas special. happy holidays xx”
