“The booking was a little confusing. I booked 08:00-22:00 which asked me if I wanted a specific time. The booking form seemed to say I had booked 08:00-09:00 but a later bit said you would come anytime from 08:00 to 22:00. Please alter to be the specific time of 08:00-09:00 Sat 11th Dec Booking ref 427605”

How was our Service?

“Tree was removed very quickly and was a really useful service to have. Unsure if ‘driver will remove any needles dropped along the way’ has been upheld though - it’s like there’s been a pine tree massacre throughout the house!!!”
