“We had a wonderful few days at the Bearslake and will certainly go back again. We had very warm welcome, treats for Gwen on arrival and at the table every time we ate. The food was amazing, the Bearslake is amazing, full of charm. We were very well looked after Genuinely dog friendly, Gwen was welcome as part of the family in all areas”

“Lovely room in the garden which was so useful having the dog. Everything waiting for us including a doggy hamper of all necessities, with his name on. Food & Service were great , couldn’t fault it. It was a perfect overnight stop before the stressful Cornish traffic.”

“Setting, room very good. Room cold despite request for heating to be switched on. (Thermostat in pub?) Breakfast bit of a mess Had meal and disappointed that service charges added to drinks we got at the bar!”

“Best review I can leave is to just tell you if you want a great place to stay in a beautiful part of the world with lovely staff, you should pick here. We visited with 6 dogs and the staff were wonderful.”
