Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? yes
Did you feel your stay was good value for money? yes
We really enjoyed our stay here. There's a big field for dogs to run around in. The hotel is very clean and in a great location. Will definitely come and stay again.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Staff were brilliant - can’t fault the warm welcome for us and our dog.
Had a suite which was amazing, hotel grounds small but very relaxing and perfect for us and our dog. Food could have been better with more on the menu but that aside thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Myself and my husband booked the Charlecote Pheasant Hotel for 2 nights with our two Jack Russell's. On first impressions it was like a travelodge. We checked in and got to our room. We updated to the executive suite and I must say I dread to think what the standard rooms looked like. The room was cold, quite dark and was very tired, newspaper used as instillation on the windows, shower over a bath, shower doors not stopping water from flooding the bathroom floor and lastly paper thin walls. The hotel followed covid 19 guidance, but it wasn't enforced as it was poorly staffed, the few members of staff we did meet were working their butt's off. The food was disappointing, and the breakfast was a buffet which was concerning as everyone had to touch the same pair of tongs. I cannot say I'd recommend this hotel, the company who've bought it really need to invest in more staff and tidying up the hotel abit. I feel the pets pyjamas deal at £250 is dubious. It's £59 a night which is £118 £132 on food doesn't add up as three courses was £16. You're spending alot of money on subpar food! These prices need revising. We also didn't get out bottle of wine on arrival or the dogs treats and has to email pets pyjamas whilst at the hotel.
