Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Dog items (bowls, treats, etc.) all in reception.

“A pleasant break although we had an issue with the EV car charging (3 pin trickle charge) and a faulty radiator in our room. However, these were rectified very promptly when we mentioned it to reception. The EV charge rate was slow but complementary. We queried the lack of housekeeping and we’re told that it wasn’t being carried out at the present time due to covid. We could request tea, coffee,etc from reception. Dine with dog a good idea too. Food quality very good.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? A poo bin at the exit of the field would be helpful. I noticed a couple of bags were left at the edge of the field.

“The staff were all cheerful, helpful and efficient. The food was tasty and enjoyable.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The room was amazing we opted for an exec room and it was like a small apartment, the food in the restuarant was first class just a perfect stay all round

“First time booking a hotel with a dog I’ll be honest we never really thought we could do, however clicking on the website got my hopes up and when we got there we were blown away by how friendly they were to us having a dog”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Located right next to Charlecote Park, a NT property where you are asked to stick to designated dog walking routes

“We were made welcome by the staff who made a fuss of Monty our soppy labrador. Dog treats and water available in reception. Our room was comfortable although looking a bit 'tired'. There were no special arrangements for dog's bed, but we'd bought our own anyway. Monty was welcome in the bar and the outer restaurant area. The buffet style breakfast was good and although the dinner menu was limited the standard was excellent.”

“Had a lovely stay in a premier room with our dog....food was fantastic & staff were really friendly...would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here with their dog everyone makes them very welcome lots if doggie treats in reception...we will be booking again very soon”

“Great location for visiting the area and enjoying our countryside. clean tidy and fabulous breakfast. Bar & restuarant staff happy and eager to help. Our labrador thoroughly enjoyed, and slept well with all the fresh air!! If I was being picky, the bathroom was a bit dated and due a make over, but perfectly acceptable and clean & tidy - which is the most important aspect! TV a bit on the small side (guess at 22"?) with tired remote/batteries - but we came to explore the outdoors and not a real issue. Good value for money and we'd happily stay again.”

“Had a briliant 3 night stay here in November for my husband's birthday - Jodie from Pets Pyjamas was so lovely to speak to and she managed to get us a price that was great value for money! On top of that, the staff were genuinely dog friendly, not just dog tolerant, and we felt really welcome. The food in the restaurant was brilliant and the room clean and spacious. The bathroom was a little tired as previous reviewers have mentioned, but it didn't spoil our enjoyment at all and whatever we asked for help with, the staff were more than happy to oblige. We would most definitely visit again.”
