We have stayed here twice with our dog. We absolutely love it. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, the rooms are gorgeous, walks are really pretty, food amazing! What more do you want! There is a nice big garden with seating for the dogs to play whilst at the hotel as well. We will definitely return for a third trip..

Really enjoyed our stay here at Colwall Park. The whole set up is very dog friendly and the location of the Hotel gives direct (although moderately challenging) access to the Malvern Hills. The station at the rear of the Hotel has hourly trains to Great Malvern in 5 minutes for a change of scenery. The Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable - it is an older style Hotel but is clean and well decorated. The staff were excellent and dog owners have their own sections for breakfast and dinner in the bar and restaurant which made it really relaxing.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? We look forward to going back to the hotel again
We were welcomed with a warm greeting. My little dog Olly was very welcomed by the reception staff with lots of hugs! Our room was on the top floor which was a little bit of trouble as I dog has little legs! The room was lovely and well decorated. The food was great as they were able to cater for Gluten Free requests. The restaurant allocated for dog lovers was very well decorated and this is where we had our breakfast. The Bar lounge which we always had our evening meal was welcoming and Olly got lots of hugs from the staff and other guests. We did not venture into the garden as the rain kept us from wandering around. We will differently go back again.

My wife and I took advantage of the 2 night walking break deal offered by PetsPyjamas with our 9 month old Sprocker Poppy. It was simply fantastic. The location and ability to walk up the Malvern Hills and take in the breathtaking views was jaw dropping. The Hotel was as stated in other reviews a little tired round the edges and slightly dated, but being a historic old property did not detract and gave it a bit of Agatha Christie ambience! However the very best thing was the staff, they were amazing and made us and Poppy feel so welcome and pampered, nothing was too much trouble, they made a fuss over Poppy (as did all the other guests) and even gave us a complimentary bottle of bubbles with dinner on my wife's Birthday night. There was a lovely large garden where Poppy could run around to her hearts content and we enjoyed the afternoon tea which is included in the package. Drinks and meals were reasonably priced, and the food was of an excellent standard both in presentation and more importantly taste! Overall we had a fantastic short break and would thoroughly recommend Colwall Park Hotel and would (and probably will) make a return visit, the views from the top of the hills are worth another stay.

The hotel is a little dated but overall we had a lovely time at the hotel. The staff were great and we felt happy having the dog everywhere with us in the hotel. Great walks from metres from the entrance. The only negative from us was the beds were ‘too springy’

Great hotel, although rooms are a little dated - very dog friendly and staff stop and say hello to pooch. You can eat with them in the bar and in a nice room at breakfast time (dog gets their own sausage)! We only realised after we left that we didn't get the bed, bowl or treats we should have - it didn't spoil our stay but disappointing this is advertised but not provided - only reason that score is lower, lady we booked with at petspyjamas was great!

I assume this is an automated review request. The booking was cancelled.
