“Didnt read the small print after booking that said had to pay an extra £5 for the drop off. On return they had broken my key, the metal bit had come out of the fob, didnt even tell me, it just fell out, after returning to the office they told me to just glue it. It is now going to cost me £149 to get a new key. Would not recommend and will never use again”
