“The waiting time to be dropped off and picked up was a joke. People were waiting so long they got a taxi to pick their car up. My car was parked behind 3 other cars so all the other cars had to be moved so I could get mine out. One of the other customers car was behind mine and he wasn't happy.
No organisation and not many staff working considering there was loads of customers waiting”
“As I went to my car to grab my bags before getting into the shuttle van with another woman around my age (early twenties). When I turned around, I witnessed the shuttle driver making an obscene, sexually suggestive gesture (clearly pretending to pleasure himself) as a “joke” directed at his colleagues and what appeared to be his supervisor. They all laughed. I can only assume the gesture was made because we were two young women about to board the van.
This behaviour was disgusting, inappropriate, and made me feel incredibly unsafe, especially as a solo female traveller. It’s disturbing that this kind of conduct is not only tolerated but encouraged by other staff, including management. Completely unprofessional and vile. Avoid this company at all costs.”
Thank you for your feedback. We are extremely shocked to hear this feedback and will be speaking with the car park management regarding this issue. This type of behaviour is not tolerated by any of the car parks we sell for. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
