“No assistance with cases when we arrived, not waiting at airport when we arrived back, had a long wait when we just wanted to start our journey home,”
Thanks for the feedback. You shouldn't have been waiting that long, sadly sometimes many flights land together and can put pressure on the transfer busses. We will speak to the car park regarding this though.
