“Never told about Light in window of cab, driver never asked for us at pick up, they just expect you to know they are there by flashing sign and bearing in mind you ring to say you waiting how can a driver not have your name and go back to depot without you, lots of cars mini buses in and out of pick up point, they should at least shout your name so you know who they are picking up, not rely on you seeing sign in cab window, we waited an hour to be told driver been in out a few times why did he not shout our name, why did they not realise we had not been picked up as we rang to let them know we were waiting. Bad organise pick up”
