“Used this car park twice. First time- no issues at all. Used again last week- my car has been scratched down the driver’s side and had the paint come off the driver side. Someone had obviously opened the door against a wall. Reported it to the desk, said they would check cameras and get back to me- heard nothing! Wont be using again!”
Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this. The cars are very secure in the car park so we're surprised by this. Good to hear that you have reported it to the car park, they will be looking into it I am sure.
