“although the cheapest parking I could find, I would rather pay more and park somehwere else in future. when we arrived we were told to sit in the white van ready for transporting us to Liverpool airport. fumes from the exhaust filled the van and we just had to wait until more customers arrived. nobody explained why there was a delay and thankfully we had allowed extra time. On arrival back to Liverpool, we had to wait nearly half an hour for the van to arrive back again and had to call to remind them that we had landed. They knew our flight number and time of arrival. Why couldnt they keep an eye on the flight arrival time and be ready for us. I wouldnt recommend this parking service and definitely won't be using it again ourselves”
