“Welcomed in the early hours for flights out, was slightly ahead of time but this was no issue. Car was ready for collection upon arrival. Friendly service, make sure you ask what vehicle will be collecting you as they run different mini busses.”
“On my arrival home I rang for them to come and pick me up and the guy on the phone was very rude and not professional and I had to wait over 40 mins for pick up and then only one van arrived and by that time there was more people than could fit in the van. Then when they got me to my car and handed it over they let me drive away without my key fob. The car was running when given to me so I assumed it was in the car. So I had to drive back to get it. The yard was very small and lots of cars so no space to manuevar.”
