“Car park was easy to find, parked the car and was on the transfer bus within 5 minutes. Phoned as soon as I landed in Liverpool and transferred back to the car park within 10/15 minutes. Will use again”
“We were really pleased with the service we received when we were taken to the airport, the staff were lovely, funny and very well organised absolutely 10/10. However, when it came to pick up in the early hours, they left us stood in the freezing cold and rain for 20 minutes (car park is 5 mins from the airport), openly explained that they didn't bother setting off when we rang to say we were ready. The bus was full and so was the boot, so we had to put our cases on top of everyone else's.
If I had been on my own I wouldn't have been able to lift my case to shoulder height, and the driver had crutches in the cab, so I presume he wasn't going to help (he didn't seem to care anyway)
If you are frail or vulnerable in anyway, are travelling with children or cannot lift your case to shoulder height I would be wary of using this carpark if you have a night flight or pick up.
