“I wrote an email asking about my water distiller that stopped working. It was over a year over the warranty but wondered if they might be able to supply parts to get it going again. Not only were customer services open to helping me identify the right part but they only asked for me to pay postage. It is rare these days for customer services in most companies to actually care about people. Not only did they care but they were very helpful and generous to boot! I very much recommend Osmios products and services :-)”
