“I don't usually write reviews but here goes. The Osmio 3 reverse osmosis machine. Compared to the osmio 2 is like the star ship enterprise. Lots of lights and buttons. Handy temperature functions, cold, coffee, tea, milk and hot. Other functions too many to understand but it all does what it does. Filter status lights. The only negative is that it has to be filled up alot. Unfortunately that's reverse osmosis for you!!! Would I buy it again? Probably yes.”

“Customer service was almost perfect, the bottle leaked water due to my error in operations and it was swiftly rectified without any cost. There is slight improvement with my health upon begining to use the water bottle. I also liked the fact that my suggestion via e mail was implemented.”
