“The parts can’t parts requested did not fit initially and so it was only once a replacement braided hose which was part of the tap purchased was sent did the part work.”

“THE PRODUCT IS A REPLACEMENT TAP FOR THE KITCHEN SINK. IT WAS QUITE DIFFICULT TO FIT AS ALL CONNECTIONS WERE DIFFERENT TO THE ORIGINAL. IT IS WORKING FINE BUT I'M A LITTLE CONCERNED THAT THE FILTER WATER ON/OFF TAP IS ALREADY NEEDING TO BE FIRMLY TURNED OFF TO STOP IT RUNNING.”
