“Best product I've had so far to keep the hernia in, tight fit, but I would say it has to be, ordered a large as my hip measurement was 94cm the top end of medium.”

“Much more comfortable than a belt, provide even pressure, and just feel better all round. Obviously more expensive than most but, for the long term, worth it.”

“Good tight fit and support across the inguinal hernia even without the pads. I use for gym and fitness classes and will also use for skiing. I was top end of ‘medium’ on size chart and ordered ‘large’ which for me are perfect (I am a relatively slim build). Very pleased with product”
