Ordered my normal waist size. Fit is tight (necessary for purpose) and comfortable even with pad fitted. Fabric is robust but soft. I wouldn't wear pad through airport security - in event of pat-down could lead to akward questions.

Excellent quality but sizing is an issue for such an expensive product.

They do the job! Uncomfortable at first because they are really tight, but you get used to them and you can get more comfortable. I use them when playing golf and they provide the support and flexibility that I need

I bought the compression boxers, which work great at controlling my hernia, but the stretchy fabric that holds in one's genitals was far to tight and squashed my balls uncomfortably against my body. So I cut a hole so that everything dangles through and wear cotton briefs on top. Now they work and are comfortable to wear.

I have to strike a note of caution about this item, for two reasons. First, there are no instructions with the product, other than the diagram showing how to insert the pads. It needs to be made clear that the boxers should only be put on when the hernia is 'reduced'. If it is projecting at all the pads may not push it back through the hernial neck, but instead may squeeze the hernial sac against the abdominal wall, which can be highly dangerous. Second, the size guide is out of kilter. Being at the bottom edge of Large, I followed the advice of other reviewers and bought Large. I'm as thin as a rake, but they are exceedingly tight. Yes they need to be tight but these are a struggle to put on and hard to wear. I think the bands need to be reviewed, and more sizes with narrower ranges are needed.

Probably a bit more supportive than the briefs version, but not as comfortable to wear all day. Still work well, and allow me to stand, walk etc which I can't do without them, but if I buy more, I'll buy the briefs. I was at the smaller end of large on the measurements and large fit well
