“The Large size is the right size for my hip circumference even though they are a tight fit. I understand that it has to be tight for the compression to do its job . However, it takes some getting used to . I have to make several readjustments a day as they get uncomfortable. I worry that they may make my hernia worse by cutting off blood circulation to the surrounding area. I've read that putting the compression shorts on while lying down is better for holding the Inguinal hernia in place as I have a reducible hernia. The hernia pops out when standing up but is not visible when lying down . If putting the shorts on from a standing up position I'm concerned that the compression may not so much press my hernia back in place but rather worsen my condition if it doesn't fit the whole area . It feels painful at times when it's actually supposed to relieve discomfort. To work properly I expect all the hernia to be compressed in its place not just some of it . Will have to see how it goes”

“My husband normally wears medium size so as suggested I ordered the large for him. He found the large very tight. I would never have thought of buying extra large for him but wish I had on this occasion.”

“I ordered the Large size as per the size guide. Unfortunately, they are too small and restrictive. However, I am now going to order the next size X-Large. Quality product. Size guide not sure.”

“It fits ok abit tight but I guess it should be. I’ve not done any running with them on but just around the house it did the job of holding my hernia in and also when I took them off it didn’t pop straight out.”
