“I love Nutiseed Total Superfood. I look forward so much to my morning smoothie. 300ml of Soya milk, strawberries, blueberries and Nutriseed Total Superfood mix. If I could I would drink it all day. I can recommend this super food. It gives you more energy and makes you feel good.”

“Hated the taste of the Spirilina at first, but have got used to it more now. To me it's overpowering. My packet has big lumps of powder in it (white/beige colour) which I find quite off putting. I have 2 more packets so will be interesting to see if they are the same!”

“I have enjoyed using Nutriseed in smoothies with banana, almond milk and frozen raspberries as my breakfast for several days. It is very tasty. Initially, I felt hungry before lunchtime but not anymore. However, with cold weather I have been tempted back to porridge for breakfast so I may end up being a fair weather Nutriseed woman! I wonder if it can be used as a hot drink? As far as weight goes, it has not made any difference but that is because I'm not dieting as well or being consistent. It's early days and if I decide to combine it with generally healthier eating I will then be able to judge.”
