“I have been adding the powder to my Alpro yoghurt and to smoothies. Really very happy with it up to now. Whether it is helping me loose weight...well only time will tell. I do feel less hungry between mealtimes so am probably not snacking as much. I have been mixing cacoa nibs and sunflower seeds into he yoghurt..this makes a lovely desert. I have been just using mixed berries in smoothies with almond milk but I am preferring to add a little more cacoa powder to make it more chocolaty and also adding pea protein powder to up the protein content. So far so good.”

“I really like this shake, great customer service, prompt delivery and updates. I’ve only been using this a short period of time, having the porridge for breakfast and a shake in the day, my sugar cravings have genuinely reduced, can’t say about weight loss yet, as it’s early days but I’m happy with only having reduced sugar cravings!”

“I can’t be without this now after enjoying Superfood smoothies for over a year, these are my breakfast staple and sometimes lunch. I was diagnosed with IBS a few years ago and I was searching for something to help me, I read reviews claiming Nutriseed helped with the symptoms and it has certainly helped me feel much better and lose some weight in the process.
