“well have been taking the suppliment for 14 days now, on the plus side it taste really ok in several varieties of milks with my favorite addition banana... on the down side the powder was lumpy,( i had to break up the lumps and mix it together) i have developed terrible wind and constipation....but again on the plus side i have lost 1lb in weight........ i bet this review will not be used .....”

“Been on this for a week now and the bloating is no longer but the weight loss is yet to happen. I would recommend this but don’t be surprised if you don’t lose weight it not for everyone. It tastes great by the way.”

“I didn’t feel this made any difference, in fact after taking this for 2-3 weeks I started getting abdominal cramps through the night - then once stopped the cramps went. Annoyed as now stuck with two unopened sachets that I won’t be using. Waste of money- will be going back to juicing”
