“I’m not a shake person but honestly, I am really enjoying this. I add banana and blueberries (fresh) and some frozen Black Forest fruits to chill it and it’s really enjoyable. I use it to replace my lunch which is always usually bread and lots of cheese. I have only cut out biscuits and alcohol and lost 3lbs in a week. Still have my main meal. Slowly slowly.”

“2nd time of ordering bloody love, the only shake that actually does take me from breaki til lunch & you can put so many combination of fruit in it, Banana really nice but also I found frozen cherries makes it in to Black Forest Gateau with out the cake yum yum xx”
