“I absolutely love this product. My trouble was snacking between meals when at work but since drinking the Total Superfoods Shake at breakfast I have lost weight. I simply add 200ml almond or coconut milk with one scoop of the powder. I then add a banana and a small handful of blueberries or raspberries. It’s super tasty and truly fills me up until lunch time. I’ve been doing it for almost three weeks and I now feel healthier and happier. Due to this I have bought another three months worth.”
