“A great appetite suppressant for me. I have my shake at breakfast and don’t feel hungry again until about 3pm and even then I’m not eating as much. I seem to have lost my sugar yearnings too. Not sure if this is as a result of Nutriseed but it coincides with the start of taking it and nothing else has changed. I will be purchasing more needless to say.”

“I've had my Superfoods for a week now, I've started with one shake a day usually for breakfast but sometimes leave it until lunch. I don't have scales in the house (as I don't want to know!) but I've definitely lost inches and feel healthier and more virtuous. Really tasty shakes and I'm experimenting with all sorts of fruit and greens, all really tasty with the chocolatey background taste. Overall very pleased.”

“I’ve only just started having it but already my digestive system is feeling better, I’m not so bloated by the evening. They taste lovely, my sugar cravings have gone almost away. I’ve started giving it to my son who has autism and has lots of digestive problems even though he mostly eats fruit and veg. So I’ll see if it helps him too.”
