“This is my 3rd Bag☺ I love it in the morning blended with Alpro and lots of different fruits. I have difficulty eating in the morning so this really helps to sustain me and feel full into the early afternoon☺ Sometimes I have one at other times as well. It helped me when I had a really bad dose of the flu. I couldnt eat so I had Total Superfoods just whenever. I think its great what a wee scoop can do”

“I wasn’t sure about the shake if it would do anything but I wanted to kick start my weight lose so had a morning and lunch shake then healthy eve meal, snacking on fruit and in 2 weeks I lost 3lb so very happy. I don’t seem to feel so sluggish either so very pleased with the product and tasty”
