“I needed to lose half a stone and with the help of this shake have done it with no dificulty! I simply have a shake for lunch every day and with following the instructions find I don't get at all hungry for the whole afternoon and like the taste. I am still having the shake every day to keep my weight down as I am having a knee replacement fairly soon and need to keep the weight off. Very pleased with result and well worth doing!”

“The shake is very easy to make and perfectly nice to drink. I’m reassured that my first meal of the day is so full of nutrition, without having to think about it so much. I’ll let you know how the weight management goes, as I’m very new to the shakes.”

“Have this every morning with coconut milk blueberries and a banana. Keeps me going until lunch. Great way to get lots of goodness into my diet. Love it. Sometimes I add a spoon of peanut butter. So tasty”

“As I train twice a day and I'm over 60, I need to keep on top of my nutrition and the best way that works for me is superfluous. Cant get enough of it.”
