“I have just finished my first use of Nutriseed. I only make it with water as I do not drink milk. I enjoyed it with the fruit in it. I have been on steroids for 3 1/2 years so never expected to loose weight, yet!! I don’t get that horrid bloated feeling so to me that is a bonus. I have ordered more as I am convinced the weight will go now i am not on steroids. It is a pleasant tasting drink.”

“I have really enjoyed the TF as a breakfast shake in the mornings. I’ve been adding extra bits like banana , avocado , oats , collagen powder , chia seeds and goji berries and find it very nourishing . I’ve not felt my usual lethargy from getting up early in the morning for work and really feel they are benefiting me . I wanted to lose weight and I have lost 4 lbs which is a start ( I don’t have them every day but plan to start this ) I have recently tried the vanilla flavour but won’t reorder that as I am not so keen on this .”

“I add one Tablespoon of cocoa powder which really improves the taste. Otherwise it is not bad tasting, but a bit grassy and bland.”

“When I received my superfoods bag the bag was bust open so immediately I sent an email to customer service to let them know. I received an email back straight away and there was a new bag shipped out to me, great customer service thank you x”

“This is my 3rd Bag☺ I love it in the morning blended with Alpro and lots of different fruits. I have difficulty eating in the morning so this really helps to sustain me and feel full into the early afternoon☺ Sometimes I have one at other times as well. It helped me when I had a really bad dose of the flu. I couldnt eat so I had Total Superfoods just whenever. I think its great what a wee scoop can do”
