“I was sceptical when I first ordered as I wasn’t sure how I’d be able to cope with just juice! The best thing I’ve ever done. Total reset for me. I’m now 5 weeks post juice cleanse and still feeling brighter, no more cravings and eating less and healthier. I lost 8lb in the week of doing the cleanse and have continued to lose 1-3lb per week since! Highly recommend.”

“Very convenient and refreshing. Just need to prepare for the cleanse a few days beforehand, reduce your food intake. Stop drinking coffee, snacks and your body will react better when you do go on the cleanse. Also, have an avacardo or two on standby just in case you get really hungry! A half an Avocado at those times can really make you feel full.”

“Easy to follow. Nice having 5 juices made already and in the fridge, and spread throughout the day. It was a challenge on day 1 but drank lots of water to compensate. 5 days definitely made a difference and its was obvious that I'd shed a few pounds. Felt good for it too. Will definitely do it again.”
