“Easy to follow. Nice having 5 juices made already and in the fridge, and spread throughout the day. It was a challenge on day 1 but drank lots of water to compensate. 5 days definitely made a difference and its was obvious that I'd shed a few pounds. Felt good for it too. Will definitely do it again.”

“Excellent service of delivery, beautifully packaged and presented. The juices are all delicious, the first one of the day is my ultimate favourite. I have to be honest, I have had to supplement my juices for the first couple of days with extra juices I made myself. I have found them a little on the small side and I have been incredibly hungry! I’m on Day 3…energy is definitely perking up! I have an incredibly physically active job and have found I needed extra support to feel satisfied so that I can fulfill my work day without hunger and have the energy I need. The first couple of days my energy was low and I had a terrible headache…not conducive to my working day. Day 3 I’m definitely perking up! Great tasting juices….just wish they were a bit bigger please.”

“Cannot fault them! Taste was good and most importantly, they worked! I have been working out and dieting to get more confidence in myself and I hit a plateau. No matter what I did I wouldn't drop below a certain weight.... For months! 5:2 juice cleanse for a week and I have lost a shocking 6lb!! “Simple and do not have to think about anything. The juices taste great too! I am really impressed with the results they have given my body and friends had noticed an impressive difference. And the resetting of my waring habits have been a great help. The fact the juice can be frozen helps prevent waste which is bonus for me. If you're struggling to get into good habits and not sure where to start, start with Nutriseed, a definite recommendation.”
