“I have recently done two, 5 day juice cleanses 4 weeks apart. The first time I lost 10lbs and the second I didn’t expect to lose as much, so was very pleased to lose 8lbs. I found it really easy to follow and stick to and it’s amazing how the juices can stop the hunger. I loved not having to think about food for 5 days, I felt sharp and slept well. Afterwards I had a reduced appetite and have found managing portions and counting calories much easier. I still have 18lbs I’d like to lose so I plan to do two more 5 day cleanses before end of September before switching to the 5:2 plan to help me maintain. Would highly recommend!”

“I’ve done two rounds of the 5 day cleanse so far (but I chose to spread them out and only do 1 day per week). In total I have lost a stone in weight, so I’m very happy with that! This process has also helped me break some bad habits I had with food, so I have found wider benefits too. Most of the juices have a pleasant taste (although I’m not a fan of number 2). I have had a 4 week break before reordering some more and found that I have maintained the weight loss”
