“I've ordered the 5 day juice cleanse as a 5 day juice. Sometimes I have split into a 2 day and 3 day cleanse. Again, it's great to cleanse and rebalance. Delivery is as booked, never had a problem. Popped them in the freezer, leaving those out for the next 2 days (they can take a while to defrost) and take the next day out the following day. Had good results loosing those extra pounds that creep up upon us.”

“I found Nutrised juices very convenient for me. Having them prepared enabled me to be more focused on getting on with my day. I didn't do a strict fast, I incorporated very small amounts of fruit and nuts in between if I felt hungry. All in all I found them very satisfying and will be doing it again soon.
