“Easy to follow. Nice having 5 juices made already and in the fridge, and spread throughout the day. It was a challenge on day 1 but drank lots of water to compensate. Will definitely do it again.”

“When I received my last order most of the juices had no sell by date on the lids When I defrosted to use they seem d to have gone a funny colour so I was weary of drinking them I thought maybe it was why they were cheaper?”

“I am now in my 40’s and wanted to try this cleanse to resolve some tummy issues. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious & fresh the juices all were.. I froze them as soon as I got them & then defrosted the day before use & after a little shake they blended perfectly. I slept like a log each night & looked forward to the juices each day. I lost 7lb in total & am considering the 5:2 plan next. I also had a issue with a juice having leaked on arrival & customer services were great & replaced this the next day Happy customer! Thank you would certainly recommend”

“I bought the 3 day juice cleanse because I needed a gut re-set. I had recently had a little too much sugar and junk food. I read the reviews, FAQ's and joined the nutriseed FB community group. Day 1 went ok, but by juice 3 I had quite a bit of indigestion. On day 2 I got indigestion in the morning from the first juice, it did pass on its own and I made it to juice 3 before having to give up as I couldnt cope with the feeling anymore. I posted a question about indigestion to the fb community page but this was never shared which was annoying. I checked the FAQ's again and there was no mention of indigestion. I then spoke to a lovely lady on the customer service team who helped me. But I decided not to finish the cleanse as I felt that having indigestion and taking medication to soothe it was pointless. However, I finished the last day with soups. I would do this again, it hasnt put me off but I would use the juice in line with soup or as part of a nutrient boost.”

“Some of the juices were open in the bag so I could not complete the days properly. The juices overall were good but the was the only part that made it a bit harder as they gad spilled out in the bag.”

“I completed the 3-day juice cleanse (5 juices per day). Day 1 was tough — especially cooking meals for family without eating myself. I experienced hunger pains and a mild headache. By Day 2, the hunger had completely gone and I felt much more settled. The cleanse did exactly what I needed: I no longer crave sweets or ultra-processed foods, which was my main goal. The juices tasted great and were very enjoyable. It’s worth noting that each juice contains apple or pear for natural sweetness. To help avoid potential sugar spikes, I drank a separate green smoothie alongside the juices (not added to the juicer), using fibre-rich vegetables such as kale, spinach, and celery. This helped balance blood sugar and keep energy levels stable. Overall, it was a really effective reset and I’m very glad I did it.”
