“I thought it would be - boring and hard and I really didn’t know what to expect. However, I found it a very freeing experience- no cooking, food preparation, shopping or washing up, giving me more time to focus on my work. I also found I slept better and had more energy. My plan was to do a detox once a month. I am now doing the three day cleanse for a third time and next week will change on to the 5-2 programme. As far as weight loss - time will tell.”

“I enjoyed all the flavours, but then I do drink a lot of cold drinks throughout the day, found it hard not have other things throughout the day. All healthy though. Couldn’t do longer than 3 days.”

“The juices are tasty and I found the cleanse difficult but manageable. However, since finishing I have been unwell and unable to fight off a cold which is very unlike me. I wouldn’t t repeat the cleanse.”
