“It was daunting to start just drinking juices but I was pleasantly surprised that I followed through without too much problem. Best of all my eating habit changed somewhat to eating little a time rather than scoffing food down.”

“Great product, I found the juices easy to use and I didn't feel hungry at all. My daughter also did the Nutriseed 3 day juice with me and her thoughts were exactly the same. I lost 16lb without effort. Only thing is I didn't like no.4. My daughter has also ordered again for us both from yourselves and has chosen the preferred juices. Looking forward to doing the Nutriseed juices again.”

“I thought it would be - boring and hard and I really didn’t know what to expect. However, I found it a very freeing experience- no cooking, food preparation, shopping or washing up, giving me more time to focus on my work. I also found I slept better and had more energy. My plan was to do a detox once a month. I am now doing the three day cleanse for a third time and next week will change on to the 5-2 programme. As far as weight loss - time will tell.”
