“I loved the taste of the juices, but I could only complete 2 out of 3 days. By the third morning, I was so tired, hungry and disoriented that I had to eat normal food. I could not sleep as my body was so starved and it felt like my body was really struggling. I did lose 2 kilos, which have stayed off. I would not recommend this to everyone as I feel it can be quite dangerous.”
