“So far so good! The juices arrived well packaged and still frozen. I’ve only done two days so far but found them very refreshing and they felt ans if they were good for me - unlike some of the other replacement meals I’ve tried on other diets which always left an artificial taste. The juices were very different - fresh and full of zing! and It wasn’t too hard sticking to the regime supported by lots of peppermint tea though did have to sneak a bit of low cal lemonade into the more zesty ones to make them more to my taste! Just had my first smoothie on a non fast day using the nutriseed powder and enjoyed that too. I know I’ve lost weight - not loads, but I’m happy with that, but I definitely feel more energetic. Can’t comment on reordering different juices as not tried that yet.”

“Lovely juices. Felt full throughout the day. Only downsides are the cost and the recycling issue. Yes the bottles can be recycled but seeing as only a small percentage of what you send to recycling actually gets recycled it would be great if you offered a return service similar to bower. Then you can reuse the bottles that are sent back.”
