“I was very skeptical about this plan as I have tried several others in the past, which didn't work. I was positively surprised by the results. Not easy to stick on the liquids only for 2 days but it's worth the effort! Would recommend it to anyone, especially women over 40y old that have struggled in the past with weight loss.”

“This takes the thought out of the 5:2 diet which as a busy working mum has been great!! I have also found it surprisingly easy to do as the juices and the soups taste good. The best part is I have also lost 6lbs and it’s really helped reset my eating. On the normal days I m finding I m now eating healthier.”

“I am on week 2. The first week my delivery did not arrive. This was the couriers fault but it wasn’t a good start although nutriseed refunded me £7 for the hassle of waiting in for no delivery. The second week I was sent the wrong soups. I can’t drink the ones I was sent so it’s frustrating.”
