“Fast and efficient delivery. Juices are fabulous and feel great after. I've only done the 5:2 once a month for the last two months, but definitely feel the benefits and I've lost 4lbs. Great way to reset your body.”

“So pleased I came across Nutriseed and started my journey on the 5:2 plan. Fabulous juices and soups on the 2 non consecutive days and a balanced menu for the remaining 5! I feel re energised healthier and glowing! Give it a go. You’ve got nothing to lose - just excess lbs!”

“I absolutely love it! Once you get over the taste it’s fine — they are sweet! I have been using them for 2 weeks and I have lost 6 lbs and will keep going!”

“Great flavours and easy to change selection on line. Delivery comes when they say it will. Now waiting for the weight loss results to see if it was a total success.”

“I was very skeptical about this plan as I have tried several others in the past, which didn't work. I was positively surprised by the results. Not easy to stick on the liquids only for 2 days but it's worth the effort! Would recommend it to anyone, especially women over 40y old that have struggled in the past with weight loss.”
