“This is a game changer because it really works, it’s not always easy to do the fast days but by the end of the fasting day, your body and mind feels cleansed and it does you good in the long term… I’m a chronic binge eater/badly addicted to sugar….. I’m obese and have had food problems for years, not helped by a highly stressful and busy life . The Nutriseed 5:2 fasting is turning things around for me….. I’m only on week 3, it’s still early days for me but the effects are obvious already …..I’m drinking loads of water, healthy eating on the non fast days and have moved away from the junk food /sugar…..the fast days are now having a positive effect on the non fast days food consumption. The juices are lovely and freeze well and taste good. The juice 5:2 lifestyle is convenient - the diet is weighed for you, it’s easier to stick to this plan than other weight loss diets, counting calories….weight watchers, slimming world diet shakes etc. The superfoods powders r also awesome and put nutrients back into your body after fasting , my weight is also coming down , energy levels up , feel more at peace and in control around food. actually my focus on food and constantly needing to binge eat is moving to becoming more insignificant the more I’m doing fast days. I think the ingredients in the nutriseed juices are extremely good and sustain you. Destructive food behaviour are ceasing quite quickly . I would recommend this way of life, I plan on continuing 1 day a week when I get to target.”

“I must admit I was a bit worried that they were going to taste like cack, but i was pleasantly surprised they actually taste quite nice, I think I need to give it a bit longer before I can really give judgement, but so far have not been disappointed.”

“The juices really do taste freshly pressed: not like the stuff from the shops. It feels a real treat to fill a section of the freezer with them and I did feel they increased my energy levels and were doing me some good. They are expensive, but it’s the old adage of getting what you pay for, I guess”

“Whilst juices are ok and very drinkable the customer service is rubbish. I keep receiving automated emails and referencing juice cleanse and not 5:2 that I’m doing. No response from emails. Really let’s them down.”

“When the delivery arrived, I popped it into the freezer straight away. The night before I wanted to use them I put them into the fridge. I found the flavours delicious and it was so easy to use the juices throughout the day.”
