“Ive completed two weeks of the plan and lost a kilo so v happy about that. I opted for the oats, Indulge nut milk, cauliflower, tomato and courgette soups. I have food sensitivity to apples which means most of the juices I can’t have. Still I would prob choose soups anyway as I think they make you feel fuller and I would be wary of all the sugar in the juices. Just because it’s natural sugar doesn’t make it healthy. I was really hungry at certain points during the day but just kept drinking water or herbal teas. Of my choices they were all delicious apart from the cauliflower soup so won’t order that one again. I think if it weren’t for the oats and nut milk I would be too hungry so it’s great to have these options. I’ve done 5:2 myself for years but had stopped seeing results when cooking for myself. Just think it’s much harder to be accurate on the calories when you do it yourself. The nutriseed offering makes it really easy to manage and I got the results so I hope they continue as would like to lose a couple more kilos. I do feel bad about the plastic but glad to see they are conscious of this and hope they are doing what they say they are in terms of diverting plastic. The Facebook group is useful although doesn’t seem to be any nutriseed moderation / helping people with their questions. A nutritionist responding to people would be useful.”

“I started my nutriseed journey with my husband 2 weeks ago. The first week we did the 5 day cleanse and then we decided to do 4:3 for the next 4 weeks and then 5:2 after that. The juice cleanse was so convenient, no messing around, just grab and go. We soon settled into the daily routine with no side effects. We’ve had good results too, with my husband having lost 1 stone and myself 1/2 stone. We’ve enjoyed all the juices apart from the Neon which has a strange taste. The superfood is great for the non juicing days, we just added bananas and strawberries and coconut milk. The ordering is simple and you get to choose delivery dates and choice of juices. Unfortunately all the juices arrived defrosted but, I just popped them straight in the freezer and pleased to report that it’s not effected the quality of the product. Theresa Happy Juicer”
