We all know that diet is the most important thing for keeping small animals happy and healthy, and that forage should make up about 90% of their diet.

One day, whilst complaining about the poor quality of hay being sold, one of our friends said: "You know the hay I take into the Middle East for their thorough-breds? What about bringing that in to the UK for rabbits and guinea pigs?"

And that's how Nibble & Gnaw got started!

“Easily the most coarse, stalky timothy out there. It actually hurts my hands when pulling it out but that's exactly what my dental bun needs, so no complaints! If you have buns prone to spurs, THIS is what they need to be eating to keep those teeth filed down. I mix and match with other timothy hays but none can match the level of coarseness and incredible stalkiness that Nibble and Gnaw have always provided. Absolutely a customer for the long run!”

“The freshest hay! My bunnies love this hay - there is no fresher hay and I love I can buy frequent small batches which is handy for those short on spare space in their apartment / flat / house!”

“I cannot speak more highly for this product. Both my rabbits love it. I was recommended to use a better quality hay for my boys by their vet. I was using a popular petstore brand Timothy hay at the time and didn’t think anything of it. As soon as I swapped I noticed they were eating better and got excited when I refilled their hutch! The hay is so fresh, thick and crunchy and a lovely colour, compared to the dull, soggy texture of its competitors. The packaging is also fully recyclable which is a good bonus. I signed up to the subscription which means I get a box delivered regularly.”
