Everyone involved in Nibble & Gnaw is a pet owner. And we all want the same thing: our pets to be happy and healthy. That’s our mission. It's the reason we founded the business.

We all know that diet is the most important thing for keeping small animals happy and healthy, and that forage should make up about 90% of their diet.

One day, whilst complaining about the poor quality of hay being sold, one of our friends said: "You know the hay I take into the Middle East for their thorough-breds? What about bringing that in to the UK for rabbits and guinea pigs?"

And that's how Nibble & Gnaw got started!

“I’d ordered some of their boxes from Amazon before and been pretty impressed by the first cut hay, so decided to order direct via a subscription. Sadly the first cut box that arrived wasn’t as good quality as expected, very flimsy stems, lots of brown dried out stems, very short stems and not a lot of seed heads. So I dropped them a quick email with pics. Well, what can I say but that the customer service was excellent. Stephen got a new box sent out to me straight away, when received it was the lush green stems I had expected from my Amazon orders. Will be continuing my subscription with Nibble & Gnaw, as have 2 very happy piggies!”
