“I have been buying this product for a few years. It lasts for ages & I love it. I put a teaspoon of the paste in soups, stews & drinks In replacement for ordinary stock cubes or just for a healthy warming drink.”

“Has lasted forever in my fridge, have used in stir fry and salad dressings - also great in soup, but I like to keep the fermentation benefits as alive as possible so try and have raw or add at end.”
