“This is probably my fourth jar. When unavailable I tend to panic….always have a spare as it’s that good. I add to sauces, roasted veg and make dressings for salad, just for the extra healthy ingredients.”

“Love this product. Use it as a base for so many recipes. Also just with hot water for a simple and delicious soup. Ideal for FODMAP friendly recipes as an alternative to bouillon. Getting the lid off can be tricky when I am struggling with dexterity in my hands, but also appreciate the large container. Could decant. 5 stars for quality of product, flavour and gut healthy goodness. Can sell out so order in advance!! Wish I could buy it locally for convenience.”

“The best miso I tried so far. It contains medicinal mushrooms plus seaweed and it tastes very delicious. I add Shirataki noodles and pinch of salt for a quick lunch. I regularly stock up from Na'vi as I don't want to be without it :-)”
