“Very hard to find GENUINE miso, with VERIFIED details or how it was made and where it came from, I have only just started using it. It's delicious. Never heat with hot boiling water. Will destroy nutrients. Wait before adding. Also, did you know miso has been successfully used to help reduce effects of radiation. Very cool”

“I love this Miso it's my second jar this year. I use it in stews, as a spread with fresh tomatoes on toast and as a tasty hot drink, of which I will be imbibing more in the winter months.”

“This product is amazing! I use it everyday as a drink, i use 1-2 tbsp in a mug with warm water and just drink. It’s particularly healthy after a 72 water fast for the first thing I drink :) It tastes good and I’m sure helps with my overall health :)”
