The customer service was great and easy to get in contact with for the return so I cant fault them at all for that.”
“Really great, fast service and high quality product. New topper is extremely comfortable and I no longer have the aches and pains I had in the morning. BUT and it is a fairly big but, the topper gets incredibly hot - we have two (king and double) and we all feel that despite the cool elements apparently incorporated in the topper, it still retains a great deal of heat. Proabaly lovely in winter but a struggle in summer. If this could be resolved then a 100% rating would follow.”
