“So far so good - really soft and first night in ages without hip pain BUT one caveat: the elastic straps to hold onto the mattress are useless. They are too near the corner, and thus too short to actually stay on. Such a simple design fault and makes me wonder if the chief executive actually makes his/ her Own bed, as they would realise in seconds the stRap needs moving.”

“I ordered two items - a mattress topper and a pillow. The topper is tops! I have a chronic back problem and obviously it has not resolved that but it certainly has helped me sleep better and wake up feeling less stiff and sore.
Unfortunately I found the pillow too high and too hard for my needs and returned it and received my refund without any problems.
There was quite a mix up and delay with the first delivery. No idea whether it was a courier problem or a Panda problem, but I received a free eye mask as an apology. Nicer than I expected.”
