“We have a Jensen bed which came with a Jensen topper, it has been super comfortable but the topper was showing signs of wear & indents. I did lots of research reading online reviews to find a good replacement and as Panda rated highly I placed my order. There was a slight delay as on back order, and a further very small delay but I was fully informed of this. Delivery was via courier and timed. Although the box was intact it was not taped or secured which was surprising. I was also surprised that a superking topper was in such a small box! However, we followed the instructions to release it from the vacuum plastic packaging and it immediately began to swell. Advice is to allow to do so and also allow time for the smell to subside. We didn't really find the topper smelled but left for 2 days before placing on our bed. It fitted well although the corner elastic straps did not seem very well secured in the seams & one came apart slightly. The first night sleeping wasn't 100% comfy - the topper felt firmer than we were used to. However we are now used to it after a week of use. In summary, easy ordering and updates with delivery, topper perhaps a little firmer than expected,”
