“My order - a mattress topper- went missing or was damaged in the post, and I was told another item would be dispatched immediately. This didn't happen, and when I contacted Panda again they admitted full responsibility for the delay and my order was then dispatched promptly and successfully. I much prefer it when a sales provider holds their hands up rather than tries to make excuses. I would use Panda again, especially as I am very pleased with the mattress topper.”
